Range: Throughout Florida, excluding the keys.
Diet: Lizards, snakes, rodents and birds.
Status: Locally abundant, found in pine and palmetto flatwoods, coastal dune areas, longleaf pine and turkey oak sandhills.
Try to catch this one, if you can. It’s probably faster than Black Racers.
